Great location, just off the motorway. Plus there’s a gym and a good restaurant/ bar if you are so minded. Car parking is a short walk away with a set of stairs, so anyone with issues on stairs needs to be dropped at the door. My room needed some TLC but was warm and clean. No bedside light or power point was a bit of an issue for me. Other than that standard Holiday Inn.
Absolutely perfect for our needs,(group of 6 ladies). Friendly staff, clean and very comfortable room, great breakfast choice. Would definitely stay again
Brilliant idea to add an IONITY Charging station to the Holiday Inn Doncaster. Stopped only to recharge, and had a fab grilled Halloumi snack and coffee. Despite being busy in the cafe, the food and drink arrived quickly. Staff are friendly and efficient. Shout out to Nikki on reception for the very friendly welcome
Is was a great stay, with staff very attentive to a couple of issues. The way they dealt with them was world class. Would recommend this experience who ever is doing staff training/mentoring. Lovely friendly staff room was excellent and a great night sleep. Breakfast was lovely too great choice and they never ran out of food kept everything top up plus breakfast came with the room. I would suggest to check on booking dot com and the others great prices. I got double room with breakfast £63.00.
Lovely hotel, friendly staff and comfy beds. Also decorated for Christmas which was lovely to see and they did lots of vegan options for dinner including vegan burger, pasta arrabiatta, vegan cheesecake (please continue making this it is delicious!!) and staff were really helpful when you had special requests. Breakfast was great too although could have done with separate tongs for individual hot food for vegans or vegetarians so that we didn't have to use ones that touched meat and maybe vegan sausages would be good as an option. Also the only thing I didn't like about the room was that in the bathroom the toilet was very low down to the ground and not comfortable. Other than that, great stay would come again. :)
The location was perfect for what we needed, the room was very comfortable and had everything required. Breakfast was lovely, with lots of choice and availability. They cooked vegan sausages on request. Dinner was not so good. They staff didn’t know about allergens on the menu, the food came out dry and over cooked. It was a very basic, microwave/deep fried meal. I would recommend the hotel and breakfast, but not the restaurant for dinner.
Stopped by the Ionity charger just next door and came in for some food and a drink. Great service and good food. Relatively cheap for being a hotel.
